After making an order with Jacob Quality Floors, you may pick up your purchased items within 2 weeks.
Return/exchange
Items may be returned for a refund. You may return items within 15 days from the date of pick-up, with a receipt. All items returned must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
Items with manufacturing defects found prior to installation may be returned within 15 days upon inspection.
All custom orders, trims, and clearance/promotional items are Final Sale.
